im trying to lose a little weight and tone up so ive started to workout. the thing is...working out is really pointless without healthy eating right?im having a bit of trouble constructing a healthy menu involving snacks in between each meal. another thing is, i need meals that are easy to fix, healthy, and tasty. i like most fruits and vegatbles if that helps. it would be really helpful if people could give maybe 3 choices for each meal and snack. thanks:)
