What will happen to the US social programs and entitlements when the money to pay for them runs out?

More people are added to the public benefit rolls as the number of those who work and pay the taxes to support these programs are dwindling. What will happen when the corporations whose taxes also go to support these programs pull up their stakes and move to countries with lower tax rates and less restrictive regulations? If we cannot feed ourselves anyjmore, can we expect anarchy?
