3 month old daughter with feeding problems?

My daughter is three months old and up until one week ago I was producing more than enough milk to fill her up. This past Monday I had ankle surgery and since then my supply started to dwindle. Right now I am barely producing one ounce with both breasts combined. I've tried many things and nothing seems to help. I have a hospital grade pump and I use it to pump every hour. I'm drinking mother's milk tea, as well as lots of milk and water. I'm taking capsules that are supposed to help greatly with milk production, the main ingredient in the capsules in fenugreek. I am willing to try anything at this point. Please help me.
