All you can do is just be yourself - try to talk to him though and tell him its not nice hearing about these other girls ...... if he loves you for you he would see you as perfect ..... maybe he just sees these girls as a bit of fun - sexual objects but sees you as special and different if you say he wouldnt cheat....... if he continues to do it play him at his own game and tell him you like a guy with such and such .... maybe that will make him recognise how you feel :) good luck
