Is it worth to stay with him?

Me and my boy friend been together for about 2 1/2 yrs. i love him but my love for him is slowly but surely dwindling. i am 5 months pregnant and want nothing more than to be a family. he does things that just isnt okay with me and i tell him how i feel. he tells me he isnt going to change until his child is born. i have changed things about myself in consideration to his feelings and emotions but he wont do the same. i am so stressed and he just thinks its other factors but over half of my stress is from our relationship. he has done some shady **** and continue to do so and my heart it slowly growing colder for him. is it worth it to stay to see if things will be different or slowly gravitate away from him but still give him chances and of course full acces to his child.
