Is there an easier way to lose weight?

Ok, I want to lose weight but I never dedicate myself to things. I've tried doing lots of exercise before, but i give up too quickly and I've tried dieting but i find it too much salad, veg and fruit & I never got the chance to eat all the other tasty things i remember... so is there like any tips or ways for me to lose weight without eating salad all the time?
