Will it be too expensive as well as hard to produce chocolate bars in Bangladesh ?

i am an under graduate student studying in Dhaka University. i love chocolate as most of the people. but buying a quality chocolate in Bangladesh is costly comparatively. reason is most quality chocolates we prefer come from India, Malaysia or some other country. why Bangladeshi producers are not making tasty and quality chocolates ? will it not be efficient to produce here rather import from abroad ?
